Shannon serves as an Association Manager at BG Realty, bringing her extensive real estate experience and a deep understanding of changing business processes to the role. Starting her journey as an Administrative Assistant, she has progressively navigated her way through roles of increasing responsibility, from Executive Administrative Assistant to Processor, refining her skills in administrative duties, real estate transactions, and customer service. She’s also demonstrated a unique ability to rapidly understand new technologies and adapt to varying work environments. Holding a paralegal certificate, she has a strong academic foundation which complements her practical experience. Her critical thinking, effective time management, proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and her commitment to detail are integral to her work. Shannon's innovative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and dedication to team collaboration make her an indispensable part of BG Realty. Her ultimate goal is to facilitate company growth, foster teamwork, and ensure customer satisfaction through her capable leadership.

Brenda Barber

Association Manager

Brenda Barber is a skilled Association Manager at BG Realty, where she expertly handles homeowner associations with precision and care. Brenda's career spans over 15 years in office management, property management, and accounting roles.


Before joining BG Realty, Brenda managed a wide array of administrative and financial operations as an Office Manager, responsible for creating and managing invoices, accounts receivable, and handling bank deposits. Her prior roles included multiple key positions such as Office Manager, Property Manager Supervisor, Accounts Payable Manager, and Payroll Manager. Her responsibilities encompassed maintaining office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of over seventy properties, managing seventy-five bank accounts, and leading payroll coordination. As a Property Manager Supervisor, Brenda managed homeowner associations, liaising closely with Boards of Directors and homeowners to maintain satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Her foundational experiences further honed her expertise in managing accounts payable, coordinating with various stakeholders, and overseeing homeowner associations for new developments.


Brenda's comprehensive background and proactive management style make her a pivotal asset to BG Realty, ensuring all association management tasks are performed with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.
